Genel Kurulda Serbest Liman\u2019\u0131n 2025 B\u00fct\u00e7e Yasa Tasar\u0131s\u0131 ile Rekabet Kurulu\u2019nun 2025 B\u00fct\u00e7e Yasa Tasar\u0131s\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin tezkereler oy \u00e7oklu\u011fuyla kabul edildi.<\/p>\n<p>Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131yla Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n 2023 Mali Y\u0131l\u0131 B\u00fct\u00e7esi 1 Ocak 2023 ile 30 Eyl\u00fcl 2023 devresi b\u00fct\u00e7e uygulama sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 da Meclis\u2019in bilgisine sunuldu. Vak\u0131flar \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc ve Din \u0130\u015fleri Dairesi\u2019nin Y\u00f6netim Kurulu\u2019nun Larnaka\u2019daki T\u00fcrabi Tekkesi\u2019ne ait mala ili\u015fkin karar tasar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yeniden incelenmek \u00fczere geri \u00e7ekilmesi genel kurulun bilgisine sunuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Onaya ve bilgiye sunu\u015flar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan 36 milyon 251 bin TL\u2019lik Y\u00fcksek Y\u00f6netim Denet\u00e7isi (Ombudsman) b\u00fct\u00e7esi ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Ombudsman b\u00fct\u00e7esi \u00fczerine ilk s\u00f6z\u00fc alan CTP milletvekili \u00dcr\u00fcn Solyal\u0131, iyi idare i\u00e7in ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z denet\u00e7ilerin g\u00f6revlerini yapabilmesi gerekti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Soyal\u0131, Ombudsman\u2019\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z ve \u00f6zerk yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi, kurumsal, fiziki yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n iyile\u015ftirilmesi, buradaki denet\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini belirterek, bu konusunda verilen s\u00f6zlerin yerine getirilmedi\u011fini savundu.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00dclkede iyi bir y\u00f6netim yok, iyi olmayan y\u00f6netimin denetlenmesinde de zaafiyet var\u201d diyen Solyal\u0131 \u201cBu ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z kurumlar bizim i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli.
